How do you know that your democracy still works.  Unplugging it and then plugging it back in doesn’t work.  You actually have to go out and use your right to protest peacefully in order to know if the Democracy still works.

There’s so much going on in the last week : Riots in LA, manhandling of Senator Padilla, Israel attacking IRAN ( probably because they didn’t want Trump fucking it up with his bullshit negotiations).  We must keep our sites on No Kings Day - non violent protest.

Turns out at least here in Denver it was more of a festival attitude.  Many seniors such as myself.  They played music from the 60’s and 70’s - reminded me of the Vietnam protest that I went to.
